You lit up our world with your zest and desire,

'More Than Beautiful' ..

I really wish that I could think of something more to describe you than just the ordinary. Lovely, stunning, gorgeous just won't do. Each word falls much too short and underrates the treasure you've been to me. How can I find the words?

Just as I resurfaced from a deep ocean of solitude and misery, this world soon found that the black clouds raining above had taken you away... And there was nothing more to pull me from the tide. There I remain, waiting to drown blinded by the clouds. Even after the sun remain the stars in heaven.

Sometimes I think I can hear you echoing in the clouds, that same voice which sang me to sleep and made me forget that all else was simply ordinary. Do the angels treat you well? I know they are amazed as much as I always will be with all that you are and all that you always will remain.

What are the words I should say? I want to scream and weep all at once cos I never had a chance to tell you. You're so much more than beautiful.

THE VOICE

Listen to the silence of the lands,
They cry for a lost soul.
The hopes and dreams of the fans
Are lost among what the singer told.

An end of a star, the loss of a friend,
A son, a father, mentor and lover gone.
The voice that used to lead the band.
INXS is now just Andrew, Kirk, Tim,
Garry and Jon.

There is no way to replace the life of one man,
The people loved him, millions he touched. Whether or not they were his biggest fan. There will always be only one Hutch.

He was loved and cared for by everyone,
His lyrics were powerful and strong.
Even though he is gone, his music will live on.
Always remember the voice that sang the song.
